Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us in its original FLEUR packaging within 7 days.
Should you wish to exchange your purchase for another size, colour or article, we would suggest purchasing again through the website whilst sending the unwanted item back for a refund. This way you can be sure to secure the correct pair you require as sometimes items required can be sold out by the time we receive your return for exchange.

In case of exchange, customer will be responsible to send the product back at their own expense and delivery charges will have to be paid on the exchange item.
In case of refund, customer will be responsible to send the product back at their own expense and delivery charges will be deducted (even if the customer avails free delivery i.e. Rs. 250). The refund will be done via bank transfer only.

Refunds take between 3-5 working days to reach your bank account once the refund has been processed, this can in extreme cases take up to 10 working days ( SHOPIFY T&C's ).
